Veterans Health, Wellbeing & Services Expo – 14 Oct 2026, from 1pm to 8pm.

This Expo has been organised to specifically support the Western Sydney Defence Community, Veterans and their families. The Veterans Health, Wellbeing and Services Expo – 14 Oct 26 will provide an opportunity for the wider Defence Community, current serving, former ADF Members and their families to explore and gain information, contacts and connections to health, wellbeing, services and programs available to them locally. The Defence Community, Veterans, their families and stallholders are invited and can register to participate in this face-to-face Expo.

The Penrith RSL Club is the joint major sponsor of this special event, without their support this event would not be possible. We acknowledge and are very grateful for the ongoing commitment and support of the Penrith Club and everything they do to support our Defence Community, Veterans and their families locally.

Visitor Registration

The Defence Community, Veterans, their families and friends are welcome and invited to register to attend this special Expo in Penrith on 14 Oct 2026, registration is required, but free. We have consciously decided to conduct the Expo from 1pm to 8pm in order to provide the widest range of opportunity for working members and their families, we hope that our times suit the majority of interested people.

All Expo visitors are required to read, acknowledge and accept the following Privacy Policy at the time of registration.

Stallholders Information

Prospective stallholders are invited to register for the Expo, noting that registration does not guarantee a position until confirmed by the organisers (refunds will be provided if not successful). ACNC accredited charities may register at no cost, for profit business are required to pay $250 at registration. No marques or large displays will be accepted, the expo will only provide a 2 meter space, table and chairs for registered organisations.

Upon approval, all approved stallholders will be required to provide the following documents to the organisers;

  1. A signed copy of the Stallholders Terms & Conditions
  2. A current Certificate Of Liability Insurance that surpasses the Expo date.

All Expo stallholders are required to read, acknowledge and accept the following Privacy & Consent Notice at registration.
Privacy & Consent Notice (document link) It is the responsibility of the registered stallholder to ensure that any staff or volunteers working in their stall have read, acknowledged and accepted the Privacy & Consent Notice prior to the Expo.

Penrith RSL Club

The Club has recently completed renovations and has world class facilities available to all visitors. Their are a variety of dining and refreshment options readily available prior to, during and after the Expo. The Penrith RSL Club has a great modern vibe and the cheapest drinks in town. Normal dress regulations and sign in procedures are required, all visitors must comply with the rules and directions of the RSL Club & staff.

Accommodation

Penrith has a huge array of accommodation options, some within walking distance of the Penrith RSL Club.

Parking

The Penrith RSL Club has a 5 story carpark, and a variety of other local parking is available to all guests.

Public Transport


The Penrith RSL Club is only a short 8 to 13 minute walk from the Penrith Train Station.
